NWA’s second album Niggaz4Life was released on May 28, 1991. For fans of the iconic gangsta rap group, sadly it was also their last release together as a group. Ice Cube left the group first followed by Dr. Dre and D.O.C, who both joined Death Row Records. Despite the group falling apart the album debuted at Number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and came back their second week to a #1 position on the sales charts, very rare for any musicians, especially in Hip Hop. Despite strong album sales too much damage was done and the group has never seen a reunion again.
