Monday E! News reported that Ariana Grande and Big Sean were “spotted at The Grove in Los Angeles after leaving the theater from a late showing of The Purge,” and are believed to “have taken their friendship to a new level.”

A source close to Ms. Grande, and her family, told us that they have been friends for quite some time. The source suggested that it would not be surprising that the two grew closer while producing her hit single Problem.
While both artists’ reps have not confirmed or denied the speculation, it appears that this pairing could be more than platonic. Yesterday, Ariana and Big Sean released a new single titled, Best Mistake. The track’s lyrics seem to be more than enough proof. Take a listen:
Big Sean called off his engagement with Naya Rivera back in April. But don’t feel too bad for Rivera, she got hitched in July and seems to be smitten. As for Ariana, the pop sensation called it quits with Aussie boyfriend Jai Brooks last week.
“Too soon,” you may be thinking. Nay, we say, these two are single and ready to mingle…well maybe exclusively with each other.
