Questlove and Chris Rock were guests on the Juan Epstein podcast, and as expected the two came through with an entertaining twenty minute convo. The panel exchanged stories on how they found out about Biggie’s death, and The Roots producer admitted he found out from The Source in the midst of beef with Big Poppa.
In addition, Chris Rock explained the creative process behind his adlibs on “Blame Game.” The comedian then laid down a bold statement about My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy claiming the project is “the best album ever” and “better than Purple Rain and Thriller.”
