UPDATE: The report about four people being shot at Lil Wayne’s Miami Beach home is false. Lil Wayne was the victim of a “Swatting” hoax. This is when a prankster calls in a false shooting. Justin Timberlake, Rihanna and Sean “Diddy” Combs have all been victims of “Swatting.” Lil Wayne posted on his Twitter account Wednesday afternoon to inform everyone that it was a prank and get in some free promotion for his The Free Weezy Album on the side. Well we’re happy to know that this wasn’t a real shooting. Stay safe Lil Wayne!
