Kendrick Lamar is one of the few artists who upholds his responsibilities as a role model in society. K. Dot’s new album, ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’ is everything hip-hop and minorities needed to hear.. The rapper sat down with The New York Times for a profile , and discusses “being the closest thing to a preacher” for most of his fans who live by his music. In addition, he claims: “My word will never be as strong as Gods word. All I am is just a vessel, doing his work.
