Following a 2008 car injury where Morgan Freeman suffered multiple injuries, he recently told the Daily Beast that marijuana is the only thing that helps him. The actor suffers from fibromyalgia pain in this arm and says that weed is the only thing that gives him relief.

They used to say, ‘You smoke that stuff, boy, you get hooked! My first wife got me into it many years ago. How do I take it? However it comes! I’ll eat it, drink it, smoke it, snort it! This movement is really a long time coming, and it’s getting legs – longer legs. Now, the thrust is understanding that alcohol has no real medicinal use. Maybe if you have one drink it’ll quiet you down, but two or three and you’re f*cked.

Since 2003, Freeman has been outspoken in support for legalizing weed. He also told The Guardian newspaper that he had given up hard drugs but that he still smokes marijuana, calling it “God’s own weed.”

Looks like Mr. Clark is no longer against weed, but now in support of it!
