Young Thug affiliate and rumored tour manager, Jimmy Carlton Winfrey aka rapper PeeWee Roscoe has just been arrested for shooting up Lil Wayne’s tour bus. According to TMZ, the act of violence was an attempt by the shooter to move up in status as a Blood by partaking in the shooting of a high profile rival rapper. Both Young Thug and Lil Wayne are vocal about their Blood affiliations and have been trading shots back and forth for the last few months. Winfrey has been charged by Atlanta police with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, firearm possession by a felon, and criminal gang activity as a result of the shooting of Wayne’s tour bus.
