Billionaire, financial mogul and presidential candidate, Donald Trump has been fired from NBC Universal following extremely offensive and racist statements on immigration in America.

Regarding immigration, Trump has gone on record stating:
The U.S. has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems. When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems [with them]. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists.

In addition to cutting ties with Donald Trump himself, the network has also cut ties with his entities, which include Miss USA, Miss Universe, Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice.
In a statement by NBC, the network noted:
At NBC, respect and dignity for all people are cornerstones of our values. Due to the recent derogatory statements by Donald Trump regarding immigrants, NBCUniversal is ending its business relationship with Mr. Trump. To that end, the annual Miss USA and Miss Universe Pageants, which are part of a joint venture between NBC and Trump, will no longer air on NBC. In addition, as Mr. Trump has already indicated, he will not be participating in “Celebrity Apprentice” on NBC.
Ha! Good for you!
