Chris Brown is fighting for his daughter. The singer, who found out about his daughter so recently he isn’t even on her birth certificate, is taking his baby mama to court. Nia Guzman isn’t allowing Breezy enough visitation time with Royalty, so now he’s filed paternity for his child.

The parents are battling over child support, with Chris Brown paying $2,500 a month and Nia Guzman demanding $15,000. In what we’re assuming is a form of revenge, Nia isn’t allowing the singer enough visitation time. In additional to establishing child support fees, Chris Brown wants the judge to determine visitation guidelines.
