Afroman was arrested after punching a woman who hopped on stage during a performance. The artist’s team claims he acted out of instinct believing he was in danger and blames security for doing a poor job of preventing the female’s successful attempt of getting on stage. TMZ has obtained footage of the event, and if you look closely you can see the “Because I Got High” singer uppercutting someone dressed in all black. Eye witness reports also claim that Afroman initially continued his performance before the lights were cut on midway which lead to the marijuana enthusiasts to being arrested and handcuffed outside the venue. He was released on a $330 bond.
