BATTLE OF THE BRANDS: Adidas Sues Marc Jacobs

This week, sportswear and athletic brand, Adidas filled a lawsuit against high end brand, Marc Jacobs over jacking it’s signature three stripes. The lawsuit states that a few of the pieces in Marc Jacobs’ collection featuring four parallel stripes down the sleeves is infringing upon the iconic design, which might likely be mistaken for the Adidas trademark.
