This week, sportswear and athletic brand, Adidas filled a lawsuit against high end brand, Marc Jacobs over jacking it’s signature three stripes. The lawsuit states that a few of the pieces in Marc Jacobs’ collection featuring four parallel stripes down the sleeves is infringing upon the iconic design, which might likely be mistaken for the Adidas trademark. It’s kind of hard for us to call it, but we’re curious to see how this story plays out and who wins the case. Click here to read more.
