State Property rapper Beanie Sigel had to have his lung removed following a shooting in souther Jersey back in December. Beanie Sigel whose real name is Dwighgt E. Grant was shot multiple times and had to have the lung completely removed because of bullet fragments. Yesterday, Sigel was discharged from the hospital and sent home. We just hope the removal of Beanie Sigel’s lung doesn’t affect his rapping skills. Get well soon Beanie!
