Big Sean does have a heart! The D-Town rapper launched his new #ItTakesOne campaign recently in honor of his late grandmother Mildred V. Leonard. The Detroit rapper announced the news during his performance of “One Man Can Change The World” on The Tonight Show on Tuesday night. Big Sean’s grandmother was one of the first African-America captains in World War II. The campaign encourages his fans to display random acts of kindness and then share them on Twitter and Instagram and Facebook.
