There are about 500 billionaires worldwide. From sheikh’s to executives and entertainment moguls, you would assume they all live in lavish penthouses, mansions, estates and even palaces, but for this billionaire CEO that’s not the case.

In a recent interview with ABC’s Nightline, Zappos CEO, the 41-year-old Tony Hsieh lives very different than most in his tax bracket. Instead of living in a fancy home, the billionaire lives in a 240 square foot trailer and pays less than $1,000 per month in downtown Las Vegas.
