Bronny James Criticized For Going To Prom With White Girl, Shannon Sharp Reacts

Bronny James Heads To Prom

Bronny James Jr. was the talk of social media last week after he was seen going to prom with a white girl from his high school. For some reason, the internet (black people especially) was up in arms over this, however, fans eventually banded together to defend Bronny from the vitriol that had been sent his way.

One perspn who quickly came to Bronny’s defense was Ex NFL Superbowl champion and ESPN analyst Shannon Sharpe. TMZ caught up with Shannon Sharpe where they asked him about the entire spectacle. As usual, the very outspoken Sharpe finds this all to be quite ridiculous. He stated Bronny should be allowed to live his own life all while dating whomever he pleases, regardless of race.

“People would rather you be miserable with someone your own race than you be in love with someone of a different race,” Sharpe said. “It is so utterly ridiculous. People need to get a life. Bronny can’t live his life for someone else. He has to live for him. And, far too many people live their life for other people.”

It’s unbelievable that in 2022, people like Dr Umar Johnson, who sent a scathing message to LeBron James, father of LeBron James Jr. (Bronny) via social media stating, ‘I thought you were an activist,’ doesn’t see how ignorant he sounds. At a time when there are mass shootings almost daily, we need to come together as Americans regardless of race.
