Artists who oversaturate

“Classic” is a term a lot of artists, aside from fans, throw around for their projects. DJ Khaled is known to deem a lot of his own projects, and artists’ projects he supports, as classics, but they usually turn out to be mediocre of underwhelming. Rick Ross’ albums are deemed as classic very quickly after its release, and sometimes even before by fans, as well as Meek Mill, Lil Wayne, and many more over-promoted artists in hip hop. The Game even called his The Documentary 2 album a classic over the weeks before its release, simply because it has Dr. Dre’s approval. Not everything is a classic, even if it’s great.
