Chris Brown and his baby mama Nia Guzman are in the midst of an ugly custody battle. Royalty’s mother wants full custody of her daughter, limited and supervised visitation from her father, and $15K in monthly child support payments. Breezy on the other hand, wants to negotiate for lower child support and 50/50 split custody. Recently, the two have exchanged harsh words via social media and the press.

Now, according to TMZ it looks like Chris Brown is sick and tired of Nia Guzman’s consistent bad-mouthing. The crooner filed court documents against her in an effort to put an end to her public bashing, which she suggests serves simply as rebuttals for his verbal jabs. Talk about childish. This one is gonna get ugly. Let’s hope the best for Royalty’s sake.
