Chris Brown has had one of hell of a rollercoaster in 2015. The crooner really started off the year on the wrong foot, thanks to an incident that happened in January. While Breezy performed at a concert in San Jose, a fan in attendance was shot.

In return, the same fan is now suing Chris Brown for the permanent injuries sustained from the gunshot wound. He also points out that considering the number of incidents that occurred in the crooner’s previous club appearances and concerts, more security should have been provided.

Since all of those points sound valid, it looks like Chris Brown will have to appear in court sooner than later. Luckily for Breezy, his next court date may have a new found advantage.
