Rest in peace to my grandparents Rueben and Evelyn Sher. My grandmother was the first person to ever play catch with me and my grandfather was the biggest sports fan in the world. I opened this club in the memory of both of you. Thank you to the ACC, MLSE, and Ferris. #SherClub #6Side #FightNight

Drake frequently shouted out his grandmother in songs and now he’s opened up a sports nightclub in Toronto in her honor. Drizzy dedicated his newly opened late night hotspot to his grandparents Rueben and Evelyn Sher for helping raise him. You may remember the rapper’s g-ma talking to him at the end of “Look What You’ve Done.”
