Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Gets Flipped Turned-Upside Down In TV Reboot

The lifespan of a TV show can be unpredictable, but there are less than a handful that not only make an impact on us, but also have a long lasting effect. After nearly 20 years since the series finale, the beloved Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is getting modern reboot for TV.

Produced by Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment, it’s been reported that they are in the early stages of re-creating the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, but with a modern more relevant with the times twist. The show will make it’s return back to NBC, where it started and will air sometime in mid-late 2016. Smith will reportedly serve as executive producer alongside his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith and fellow Overbrook partners James Lassiter and Caleeb Pinkett.
