What a year it was for The Weeknd. He notched a bevy of number one records, had a sold-out tour, and showed that he was comfortable of stepping out of his traditional element by managing to have fun on the Pop playground. As far as his album, he showed tremendous growth as an overall artist while staying true to his sound.
