After weeks of negotiating and rumors of a possible fall-out, Jay Zs $56.2M bid to buy Aspiro has finally been accepted. Hovs Project Panther Bidco initially made an offer earlier this year, but not all of the Swedish streaming companys shareholders were fully sold.
