After making headlines last month for being arrested in Texas for having his homemade clock mistaken for a bomb, 14-year-old Ahmed Mohamed is finally getting his crafty project handed back to him.
On Sept 14., Mohammed’s arrests sparked cries of racism and discrimination within the Irving Police Department because he is Muslim. Since his unjust arrest, he left his school, attended the White House, and will now be attending Oman to further his studies.
On Friday, Ahmed’s lawyer picked up his clock and returned it back to him.
