Kanye West Is Producing Music For A TV Show On Slavery

It looks like Diddy isn’t the only hip-hop heavyweight dabbling in the world of television. According to a casting call, Kanye West has agreed to produce music for Underground, a television show based on the Underground Railroad. The series will a document a group of runaway slaves escaping from a Georgia plantation crossing 600 miles to freedom. The offering features talents with contributions from True Blood, Friday Night Lights, Heroes, Law & Order: SVU, Leverage, and more.
