18 years ago today, the hip-hop community was blessed with Master P’s 6th album titled Ghetto D. From New Orleans, Master P (real name: Percy P) is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and true hustler.

Ghetto D sold 260,000k copies in its first week of release as it landed the #1 spot on the Billboard charts. From hit tracks such as “Make ‘Em Say Uhh!” and “I Miss My Homies,” this record reached platinum status.
