Nicki Minaj performed at some lucky kid named Matt’s Bar Mitzvah over the weekend in New York City. The reigning hip-hop queen wore a Herver Leger Scoop Neck Dress and some Balmain sandals to perform for the crowd of 13 year old kids. We’re sure Matt and all the other tweens enjoyed themsewlves.
