Nicki Minaj’s brother, Jelani, whose wedding she attended a few months back, has been charged with raping a 12-year-old. According to online court and jail records, the 37-year-old was reportedly arraigned yesterday on first-degree rape and first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
