Nicki Minaj, brought her chart topping magic to the big screen this weekend. Her debut flick ‘The Other Women”, brought in $24.7 million dollars at the box office, taking down Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
Minaj stole the show from A list actresses Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann, and model Kate Upton. Despite mixed reviews, the comedy kept the mostly female audience in their seats and amused.
Not bad for her first film roll. Expect Minaj to keep her new movie fans entertained with more acting gigs in the future.
