Omarion‘s single “Post To Be” Featuring Chris Brown and Jhene Aiko tops the Billboard’s Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop airplay Chart surpassing Mariah Carey. With this being his first number one as a lead solo artist. Omarion edges out Mariah Carey’s old record for longest breaks between number one peaks by over half of a year. Mariah Carey had to wait nine years between her number one hits, “We Belong Together” and “Always Be My Baby.”
