Over the years, Lil Kim’s face has changed drastically. In 2012, she attracted plastic surgery rumors by showing off fuller cheekbones and a narrower lower face. Even Wendy Williams commented on her countenance, claiming that the rapper looked as if she could be popped by a pin. Unlike Nicki Minaj, Lil Kim was very bothered by the plastic surgery rumors, and she had her rep harshly denounce the gossip.
