The visionary and creative director behind Parisian fashion brand Givenchy, Riccardo Tisci recently sat down with Style.com to talk about his process of selecting models and launching the careers of Joan Smalls and Laura Stone to name a few. For those of you that dont know, Riccardo Tisci has co-collaborated on the artwork for JAY Z and Kanye Wests 2011 Watch The Throne album, partnered with Nike for a 3 series/limited release of the Air Force 1 and is one of the most influential designers in Hip Hop today.
