Rapper Chi-Ali ran from the law for over a year after he was charged with the murder of his girlfriend’s brother, Sean Raymond. Ali was featuredtwice onAmericas Most Wanted, but eventually they caught up with him and he served his time. Eight years prior to the shooting the former rapper released his only album,The Fabulous Chi-Ali,at age fourteen, but now he’s back on the scene.
