Rick Ross was arrested for the second time in Fayette County, Georgia — except this time it’s way more serious than a pot bust. Rozay has been charged with charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery. Allegedly, the MMG head-honcho pistol whipped someone working on his home and refused to let the victim leave the premises.

U.S. Marshals were called by local authorities to help apprehend Rick Ross due to his fame and travel risk. The federal law enforcement agency usually assists with high profile arrests and dangerous warrants. The Bawse and his bodyguard were arrested Wednesday night at his home.
