Rick Ross Is Balling With $37 Property
Rick Ross has expanded his collection of real estate holdings. The rapper from Florida now owns a lavish $37 million property on Star Island in Miami Beach.
Realtor Kimberly Knausz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty told PEOPLE, “He fell in love with the grand entry — it has a very long driveway stretching towards the mansion that creates an air of real luxury.” He intends to improve it to represent his unique style, and the architecture also played a role because it is significantly different from the typical modern home. The purchase was also mediated by Tawanda Roberts, a real estate realtor and sister of the artist.
The 12,374 square foot house has 100 feet of waterfront. According to the site, it is situated on a 40,000 square foot lot. A chef’s kitchen, a principal suite with a view of the bay, six bedrooms, and eight and a half baths are all features of the home itself. A summer kitchen, a 40-foot dock, a heated pool, and access to the bay and ocean are some other highlights.
The 47-year-old Rozay now owns another opulent home, which he described as “a major piece to the puzzle” in his remarks on the investment.
Real Estate Mogul
The “Bag Of Money” artist, according to PEOPLE, recently bought homes in Texas and Atlanta. The “biggest boss” claimed possession of NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire’s Florida residence in March 2021.
The proprietor of the Wing Stop franchise also purchased a 109-room, 45,000 square foot estate in Fayetteville, Georgia. The mansion was formerly owned by Evander Holyfield. It reportedly played a significant role in the comedy sequel Coming 2 America’s filming.
“They changed the wallpaper in the dining room so I asked them to keep it up there,” Ross recalled the incident. They also built the enormous dining room table, which seats 50–60 people, and they left it as a gift for me. It’s enormous.”
