Thanks to a new partnership between Uber and Spotify, passengers can now DJ their own car rides. For “Spotify Your Ride” to work, consumers will need to have premium subscriptions to the streaming platform. The technology friendly beta update for music fans will only work in ten cities: London, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Nashville, New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Stockholm, Sydney and Toronto and iPhone users.
