Coachella and Lollapalooza have banned the newest craze when it comes to taking selfies, ” target=”_blank”>selfie sticks. One could assume that the ban comes from festival and concert organizers foreseeing the sticks and related gadgets as potential weapons, but its unclear as to why the ban has been enforced. Also, what if a brand like GoPro wanted to sponsor a festival or ” target=”_blank”>summer jam, would organizers turn down sponsorship dollars, because of the ban?

Do you think this is a ban that all festivals, summer jams and concerts will soon enforce? Sound off and lets us know your thoughts.
