Someone Is Facing Four Years In Prison For Posting Eminem Lyrics on FB

There’s no debate that Eminem has controversial lyrics (IE: Iggy Azalea, Lana Del Rey, Rihanna.) Now, the rapper is the center of a freedom of speech case at the Supreme Court.

Anthony Elonis is facing four years in prison after his wife felt threatened by a couple of his Facebook status updates that included Slim Shady lyrics. One post read:

There’s one way to love you but a thousand ways to kill you. I’m not going to res until your body is a mess, soaked in blood and dying from all the little cuts.
