If you’ve ever been to New York City, you know that we are notoriously known for our subway system. Now, it’s not because our subways are super prestigious or squeaky clean, it’s because of the mayhem that ensues on every passenger’s train ride. Here’s another anecdote to prove why New York’s subway system is considered one of the worst in the country.

A subway dancer was on-board showcasing his moves in hopes of shoveling up a couple of dollars. It’s not uncommon for people to completely ignore or brush off the dancers considering they’re either don’t have any money, or aren’t simply interested. Well, according to DNA Info, the dancer approached one of the passengers who was intentionally ignoring him and punched him in the face.

In addition to that, he attempted to snatch his phone because he felt disrespected after putting on a show. The 39-year-old passenger suffered a cut on his chin and swelling on his cheek and quickly vacated from the train after the dancer said, “Anyone who isn’t paying attention, suck my d—.” Currently, there’s little to no information as to who or where the dancer was heading.
