Wu Tang Clan affiliate, Shyheim Franklin, AKA 'The Rugged Child', was one of the most popular offshoots of the nine man crew but unfortunately he pleaded guilty this Thursday to 2nd degree manslaughter for a fatal hit and run that claimed the life of a baker worker on Staten Island.
