Creativity: Kanye West
Many of this generation’s biggest rap stars and producers have Kanye’s sound or style in their DNA. The record producer turned song writer, turned rapper, turned fashion designer is quick to remind us of how much a visionary he is. Although arrogant, Mr. West is right. This musical virtuoso has gone from sampling Soulful classics, using jazzy beats with heavy drums to experimenting with auto-tune, Pop, Rock, Electronica, and Classical sounds. Even if you don’t like his latest work you must concede, dude is a creative genius.
