The Retirement of Kobe Bryant Will Change the NBA Forever

Sadly, Kobe would never see his 6th ring as he was marred by injuries and terrible team acquisitions. When the Lakers acquired Steve Nash and Dwight Howard, the team quickly fizzled under coach Mike Brown and Kobe was left on his own again. In addition to that, Kobe would lose his battle with Father Time as he was sidelined three years in a row because of season-ending injuries. It’s sad to see Kobe go, but his time will be remembered. His jump-shot will be missed. His hunger will never be duplicated. Salute, Kobe.
