A lot of fans have felt as though they never got that goodbye that they needed to give to the late singer. Being that she died at such a young age, and so suddenly, many, who were her longtime fans, have had a hard time coping with it. Even hip hop in general hasn’t been able to get past the tragedy, which is why newer artists are seeking the use of her vocals on their songs. Now that Timbo is finally giving us the Aaliyah sound we know that she would have approved of, this can finally close a chapter of Aaliyah’s music, despite her legacy continuing to live on.
