We’ve been cosigning Timbaland’s new artist Tink for a minute. During SXSW, Timbo revealed a visit from Aaliyah in his dream is what inspired him to sign his new artist. After the Chi-town based female artist did a cover of Baby Girl’s iconic “One In A Million” the legendary produced shared the story: I dont touch any of my sisters records. I dont touch Baby Girls recordsyou know thats Aaliyah. I was riding home one day, sleep. She spoke to me in my sleep and said, Shes the one.
