In a recent press release that went out late last night/early morning today, easyJet reported that they would partner up with Kanye West for a re-brand as yeezyJet. With Kanyes global appeal and pioneering spirit, easyJet felt that he was the perfect partner. In regards to entering the aviation industry, Kanye said:
“The notion of getting fly is something I have stayed awake at night thinking about. With DONDA, things happened on a more metaphysical, psychological level. With yeezyJet, Ive manifested myself. Im taking people places theyve never been before yeezyJet will make its maiden flight on April 20th…”
Although his role, with the premier European airline is undetermined what do you think about this partnership? Will you be booking a flight soon or do you think this is a very clever April Fools joke?
