Yesterday, word broke out that Beanie Sigel had to have his lung removed after being shot last month. XXL caught up exclusively with an inside source close to the State Property rapper who confirmed that both the Philly native’s are in tact. Sigel’s lung had collapsed but was successfully inflated during his month-long stay at the hospital.
