After hoisting his third Super Bowl MVP, Montana went on to play for the Kansas City Chiefs before finally retiring in 1995.

Now, Montana is dubbed the greatest quarterback ever because of his three Superbowl rings — which have been topped by Tom Brady — and seamless throwing ability. He’s currently in the Hall of Fame.
