Marijuana is becoming increasingly prolific in not just the country of America, but the world. It shouldn’t be deemed shocking considering millions of people rely on the lush green product to get through their day. Notable rappers like Curren$y, Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, and of course, Wiz Khalifa are notorious for rolling around with a pack of good Kush. With the Pittsburgh rapper preparing to release his OG strain of “KK” – aptly titled – Khalifa Kush – he’ll be joining an industry that racked in $5 billion this year alone.

“I’m really excited to finally share them with the public and to work with RiverRock to raise awareness and end cannabis prohibition nationwide,” said Wiz to PEOPLE earlier this week. With Wiz segueing over to an industry that is projecting to make a whopping $20 billion by 2020, it’s safe to say he’s making a sound investment. If you recall, Ghostface Killah just released his own product called Wu-Goo, and he’s doing pretty well in the weed business.

Earlier this week, Fortune crunched the numbers and revealed that within the next four years, legal weed will balloon to $21.8 billion because a lot of states are becoming more and more lax with their laws due to the medicinal advantages of weed. Please make sure to SHARE with a friend.
