Every year, Billboard honors a special group of women in the music industry, and it’s always beautiful lot see so many successful females come together. While we’ve seen some of our favorites get honored in the past, such as Missy Elliott this year, there are still some who deserve the honor, and some who aren’t even directly in the spotlight.
