Young Thug & Birdman are mentioned in the Cobb County indictment for Jimmy Carlton Winfrey’s shooting of Lil Wayne’s tour bus. In case you don’t remember, Winfrey aka “Pee Wee”/“Roscoe” was arrested last month for allegedly hitting up the vehicle in a plot to earn a higher rank in the Bloods gang.

According to Atlanta Journal Constitution, alleged gang members Pee Wee, Jeffery Lamar Williams aka Young Thug, and Bryan Williams aka Birdman were involved in a RICO conspiracy against Weezy, who also claims Blood. Baby and Thugger haven’t been charged in the account, but sources suggest prosecutors are trying to use a music video that features a song dissing Tunechi and Roscoe holding a gun as evidence.
