Menace II Society was based on a young teenager living with his grandparents in the Jordan Down Projects in Watts, CA. After graduating high school, the young man took to the street life. With records like “Straight Up Menace” by MC Eiht and “Pocket Full Of Stones” by UGK, the soundtrack matched the movie to a tee.
